Location: Palmerston North NZ The overall design challenge for Red Lantern was to create a modern design while keeping a traditional Asian influence. This was created by using Chinese brocade designs as a feminine off-set to the masculine dark wood structural cladding, and lattice work. Full circulating access to the bain-marie allows for a flowing and inviting dining experience.
